Bring Your Own Horse.
We have a series of trails and wide open space to take advantage of with your horses. We also have facilities for overnighting: pens, lean-to cover, round pen, water, and electricity. Grass hay feed is available for an add-on charge (whatever the going-rate is at the time of your visit).
We are also very close to publicly accessible trails as well, including a short distance to several trailheads entering the south end of the Cabinet Wilderness, so that's an option for folks as well.
Guests will have the option to stay in our cozy studio cabin, which originally was a meat house on the homestead that has been remodeled. The cabin can sleep two. Guests will also have the option to camp or RV overnight as well.
Please report any animals such as bears, wolves, or big cats during your visit.

Hello there-
We are Bryan & Lianne. We feel very fortunate to be the owners of this wonderful property. Because of its beauty and our desire to share it with others, we have dicided to open up the opportunities/activities this property has to offer through LandTrust. Our desire to present opportunities to disabled vets stems from our own background. Lianne grew up as an "Air Force Brat" and Bryan is retired Army. Lianne's background is accounting, real estate, and horsemanship. Bryan is also retired federal civil servant with an education in Forestry.
