Cover is a little limited with most of our timber consisting of scattered pockets, making for good strut zones in the fields and several good spots to set up a mobile ground blind.
We are located in Unit 209.
We are a 100-acre working hay operation in the Okanogan Highlands up here in north-central Washington. Our combination of active hay production and water sources brings in a lot of wildlife activity!
Located less than 10 minutes from Oroville and about 15 minutes from the US-Canada border, the property features a mix of cropland, grassland, timber, and wetland.
We have about 0.8 miles of private bank access to the Horseshoe Lake, along with nearly 450 yards of direct access to the Okanogan River. We also have a small 7-acre pond that juts off the Horseshoe.
Fishing is FREE with all hunts, so sportsmen can drop a line in the lake or river when you're not hunting.
Camping options include tent, pull-behind camper, and RV, though no hookups are available on-site.
