Pets: Allowed on property • Indoor pets $35 per night total: maximum 2. Dogs only. Outdoor dogs $100 per stay. Restrictions, rules, and violation fees strictly enforced, up to or including eviction of guests and animals.

Landowner Rules: HOUSE RULES and RENTAL AGREEMENT -No smoking or vaping inside home or garage. Place cigarette butts in the bucket provided. -NO MARIJUANA or illicit drugs anywhere on the property. -No hunting or harassing wildlife. PROPERTY IS RURAL AND MAY HAVE MOOSE, RACCOONS, MICE, COYOTES ETC. Please notify me if you see a dangerous animal. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE DECLARED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNAPPROVED GUESTS WITH AN UNAPPROVED WEAPON MAY FACE A CLASS C FELONY. -ALL ANIMALS MUST BE LISTED ON BOOKING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER BEFORE CHECKOUT. No cats. -Dogs must stay off furniture, carpeting, and lawns, and remain under control at all times on a leash when outside the kennel or vehicle. • Federal ADA service animals are exempt from fees but must be declared on booking for insurance purposes. North Dakota does not recognize a “support animal” as exempt. -Indoor pet fee is $35 per night and limited to two. -Outdoor working dogs are $100 total per stay ONLY IF • They do not go inside at any time for any duration (garage excluded). • ONLY go to the bathroom in the kennel • Are only allowed to go from the garage to the kennel to your truck on a leash and off the lawns. -A security camera faces both driveways. Do not interfere with or intentionally elude cameras. • No cameras will be placed inside or facing private areas. • Driveways are a shared space on the 16 acre homestead with no expectation of privacy in these areas. -Park in (low entryway) or in front of the garage. Trailers exempt. Do not park or drive on the lawns. • Guests are limited to the home, driveway, porches, and directly connected lawns unless prior approval has been attained. -Use only the beds needed for your registered guest count. Do not disturb or place gear on unused beds. A $50 fee applies if unused beds require laundering. -Register all guests and pets on your reservation before arrival. Only paid guests and pets may enter the property due to insurance restrictions. REMEDIATION FEES AND RECOURSE: Violating any of these rules will result in a fee starting at $250 (or the actual cost of professional restoration, whichever is greater) PER VIOLATION. Unregistered/unapproved guests and pets will be asked to leave. Registered guests who violate any of these rules may be asked to leave prior to their scheduled check-out date. I live next door and will be conducting homesteading activities in surrounding areas. This may include mowing, snow removal, waste disposal or burning, and pest and predator control. Attempts will be made whenever possible to avoid disturbing activities while guests are on the property. Please alert me of any maintenance issues or safety hazards. If you need snow or ice removal please reach out.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
