Base camp near Crosby, Williston and Minot. Sleeps 8. Ideal location for wildlife enthusiasts and visitors to the State Fair, Threshing Show, and July 4th Celebrations. Has a heated one-car garage with bird cleaning station and dog kennel. 

You may encounter moose, deer, fox, or pheasants right in the front yard! Don't try to pet BullWinkle, but tell him from a safe place to drop those paddles right there for me. 

The home features a full kitchen. Two coffee pots, a griddle, and a cast iron skillet are just a few of the kitchen amenities. There's usually some elk meat in the freezer too. The main home has two bedrooms featuring a queen bed each and 2 bathrooms: one with a jetted tub for warming up and relaxing. The living room has a futon and full fold-out couch air-mattress.

To accommodate larger groups, a large den unlocks that has twin bunks, a single bed, and a queen bed for parties over 4 (or an additional fee per night to cover cleaning the extra large space).

With approval and a fee, my heated shop may be used for small and large mammal hanging. A small game hanger and a large game hanger with pulley are provided. You can back your truck bed right in under it and throw down a provided tarp!

There are pheasant tail displays in the house that showcase keepsakes I can hand make for you from your tails. Remember to grab that spent cartridge! Message me for prices and details. Speaking of art, I made the headboard in the main bedroom to reflect my love for the Colorado mountains. The moon is a reading lamp and you can turn on "the stars" using the provided remote.

Here are some common rules people want to know right up front:

Dogs are allowed with restrictions and fees. All guests, animals, and weapons must be declared at booking.

No hunting on the property. No discharging of firearms.

*Security Camera Disclosure: Outdoor cellular cameras monitor both driveways.

Game cameras may be placed on the 16 acre property -not capturing the guest areas- for predator and game surveillance. There are no indoor or private area cameras.
