We have two houses on the property available for lodging: the Hutton House and the Lazy Easy. The properties are 2 miles apart.

Property Rules

Campfires: Not allowed

Pets: Allowed on property • Pets are NOT allowed at the Hutton House. Pets are allowed at Lazy Easy. Pets must be on leashes when away from the house to protect ground-dwelling birds and wildlife. Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, bed, etc.). Pets should not be left alone inside the house unless in a crate or kennel. Owners are responsible for all damage done by pets.

Drive-in Access: Yes: Please stay on designated roads and trails.

Walk-in Access: Yes

Vehicles: 4 Allowed

Landowner Rules: Please leave all gates as found. If you find a gate closed, close them behind you even if you do not see cattle and you plan on exiting through the same gate. Stay on Audubon of Kansas property. If you do not know if AOK owns the property, do not go on it. Leave no trace. Please carry out all your trash including toilet paper and other 'biodegradable' materials.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
