Our operation is a mix of row crop fields, improved pasture, timber, wetland, and creek bottom. That variety of terrain creates consistent movement corridors for wildlife between the crop ground, field edges, and timbered creek bottom. 

We are leased for whitetail and turkey season; however, hogs and coyotes can be hunted in the summer months, making this classic South Georgia hunting country!

Our family has worked this ground since 1947, when James and Lollie Hall first purchased 60 acres. A relationship with a neighboring landowner later gave us the opportunity to add another 188 acres, and the farm has stayed in the family ever since. We are proud to be stewards of this private piece of the Peach State!

The property is located just outside Sylvester, about 30 Minutes from Albany, 1.5 Hours from Macon, 2 hours from Tallahassee, and about 2 Hours and 45 Minutes from Atlanta and Jacksonville.
