The Joe Creek Ranch has been in my family for years and years! We are located very near to the Missouri River with lots of tribal land nearby. Although we don't have any property right on the riverfront, we do have a portion of breaks and draws along our southern boundary that lead up to flat farm ground. With just over 1,050 acres, this property has excellent potential for waterfowl and pheasant, in addition to archery and rifle whitetail and mule deer.
Our ag fields make great food sources for wildlife in the area, while we have good cover on the edges of our fields. To the north, our property opens up into some grassy pasture ground. There's little to no timber on the property, making it slightly better suited for rifle hunters when hunting deer.
RV Access is included in your hunt. Or add lodging in our 2-bedroom house to your package for $250 per night.
