Our 150-acre property is about an hour southeast of the Kansas City area, made up of thick CRP, hay ground, and a cedar tree line, with two on-site ponds.
We are located in Unit 6 for turkey. We are an in a Hybrid-Eastern area, but as populations fluctuate year over year there's no guarantee what subspecies you'll run into!
Hunters are welcome to bring their own ground blind or climber stand.
We see turkeys frequently. They use our cedar tree line for roosting and cover and move in and out of our fields from neighboring food sources.
We are only about 15 minutes from I-35. Emporia is about 30 minutes to the West. There's plenty of airbnbs and hotels within a 30-minute's drive of the property. Or, if you're in the KC area, just make the short commute!
