Kallion Farms, a 532-acre property in East Texas, offers extreme privacy at the dead end of a county road with around 2.5 miles of river frontage acting as the property line. Surrounded by thousands of acres of remote woods, the farm practices rotational grazing and boasts an abundance of wildlife including deer, pigs, beavers, otters, ducks, and occasional alligators. 

The main attraction is our cattle breeding operation, known for having the friendliest cows, as many visitors tell us. 

Fishing is available in the river and four ponds on the property. Kayaks and a paddle boat are available for river activities. 

The cabin guest house on the opposite side of the ranch from the main house includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has bunk beds, and the living room features an L-shaped couch with a pull-out bed, comfortably sleeping 5-7 people.
