In our part of northcentral North Dakota, turkey hunters will most likely encounter Hybrids. We have a great population of birds, with the majority hanging out in the coulees on our parcels east of town.
King Farms is a 5th-generation family farming operation made up of over 4,000 acres. Our family has been working the land since the early 1900s. We are located in the small village of Coulee just south of Kenmare. A good amount of the ground is made up of croplands, with several potholes and sloughs scattered throughout.
Turkey habitat is made up of wooded rolling coulees, ravines, and creeks, along with our remaining farmground and grasslands.
Lodging can be found in nearby towns; however, we are also open to folks bring along an RV to set up for the night during your experience.
