This southwestern Colorado ranch has a ton to offer. Much of the east and the entire west side of the property border BLM land that has a mile of the Mancos River running through it. The trees that line the river are home to many bird species including merriam turkeys and several different birds of prey. The acreage has loads of prairie dogs and where there are prairie dogs there could be coyotes and bobcats. Additionally, where you have trees and water in the fall in Colorado you are sure to find great shooting for doves. 

For needed amenities, Mancos is only 7.5 miles away and offers hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery.
