We are looking forward to hosting hunters on our prime ag ground here in Northeast Colorado. Phillips County is home to some excellent pheasant opportunities. 

Our farm is made up of one tract, consisting of 560+ acres. This tract has one nice tree grove with good cover, and besides that, the entire property is an open crop field. The farm is great option for guests looking for a productive single day option. 

The cropland food source sees game move in and out from surrounding areas. Guests booking multiple days should be aware that this is more of pass-thru property for game. Hunters should plan on bringing a popup blind as cover is limited apart from the tree grove.

In our area, we have several walk-in accesss parcels near us that hunters can take advantage of. Those parcels are publicly available.

Whether you're hunting deer, pheasant, or coyotes, this is a great chance to experience hunting in the Colorado Plains!
