Our property is 80 acres of forest with a half mile of cool and clear spring fed river to enjoy. Tent camping can be done in the mowed grass area near the lodge or in the forest. The favorite is near the river relaxing to the babbling sound of the shallow rapids. Kayaks, grills and tents can be made available if needed. It is fairly remote and makes for a quiet and peaceful place to camp and hike. The west side of our property borders the Blue River, which provides easy access for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. 

Guests are more than welcome to set up tents in the open mowed down yard, woods, or down by the river. If guests want to stay off-property, Corydon is only 16 miles south on I-64 and provides hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

Earplugs recommended if sleeping near the lodge because of the chickens, guinea fowl and 3 Great Pyrenees.
