This location would be perfect for hunters or fishermen looking for a place to set up for a basecamp during the season with easy access to Montana GMUs 121, 122, and 123. Would also make a great spot to bring the whole family for an exclusive RV experience in NW Montana.

We are former career National Park Rangers and have worked all across our nation, from Virgin Islands National Park, to Yosemite, Sequoia / Kings Canyon, Channel Islands, Whiskeytown; to Grand Canyon, Chiricahua, Fort Bowie and Bryce Canyon; to the Washington, D.C. Headquarters, C&O Canal, Antietam Battlefield, George Washington Memorial Parkway; to Yellowstone, Glacier, National Conservation Training Center and the NPS National Wilderness Training Center, on the campus of the University of Montana, and more.
Together, our family has operated several small business enterprises over the years, including Gardner's Farm and Apartments, the Ozone Company of West Virginia, Honor Code Publishing and Paradise View Properties. In addition, we also created and ran an Educational Non-Profit Organizaton: Honor Code! United States Service Academy and Leadership Camps - where for ten years we taught academy pre-candidates how to plan, prepare and gain appointment to our five U.S. Service Academies. Hundreds of Cadets and Mid-Shipman have been influenced by these training courses.
After my retirement from the National Park Service, I performed as a Bonner County, Idaho Deputy Sheriff, fufilling 36 years in law enforcement, however, I now works the ranch full-time. I am a local member of the Backcounty Horseman’s Association and am active in many other ventures. My wife Mary transitioned from working as a ranger for the National Park Service to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) many years back, and has worked locally at the National Bison Range and Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge(s). She currently performs as a Regional Program Manager for the USFWS, working remotely from the ranch.
We've raised three children in the National Parks and have five grandchildren. Multiple generations of the family are passionate and committed to protecting and preserving this amazing landscape.
