We are positioned on the banks of the Clarks Fork Yellowstone River just 25 miles outside of Montana's largest city, Billings. This beautiful riparian bottom is home to my wife and I, with our three young kids since July, 2020. The original homestead still stands a few steps from our current family home. The property is home to a wide range of wildlife and birds and has been farmed and pasture leased to cow/calf operators over the years.
We live on the edge of this great property and want to share the beauty of Carbon County, Montana, with you. Our property is a great resting point for people on their way to Red Lodge, Montana; Cook City, Montana; Yellowstone National Park; or Cody, Wyoming.

Available Packages
This is perfect habitat for all types of game. I saw a flock of about 40 turkeys and a dozen muleys. The whitetail were across the river in the neighbor's pivots, but it wouldn't be out of the question for them to travel through. A few pheasants along the river bottom and jumped some ducks off the river as well.

Kelton was a fantastic host and the property was beautiful. We saw a handful of pheasant but they were flushing a little wild. We also saw ducks, geese, mule deer and a bunch of turkeys while we were there. I’ll definitely be back to chase some of those turkeys and deer in the coming months!
