Our Magnolia Hills Farm is great local spot for hunters looking for whitetail, turkey, or small game access without having to drive hours and hours on end! We are located in Carroll County, just south of Lavinia and about 20 minutes from Interstate 40 and the city limits of Jackson, TN. We are also within an hour and a half of Memphis and less than two hours from Nashville.

Kids under 10 are free with a paying adult!

We have a large amount of densely forested ground with an open field that funnels from our house to the northern boundary of the property. In addition, we have three ponds with some marshy wetland areas. Deer hunting is available along with Eastern spring turkey and small game hunting.

Camping and RV access (primitive) is available as an add-on to your packages for just $25 per night.
