Just outside the town of Grove, in Delaware County, Oklahoma, McCorkle Grove offers 140 acres of peaceful, multi-use land near the Grand Lake o' the Cherokees here in Northeast Oklahoma. We are a working pecan orchard and seasonal cattle operation. The pecan trees line the property, while the Wolf Creek and a small pond draw in wildlife and provide a water source.
The land transitions from shaded groves into open pasture and creek bottom, offering a variety of setups for small game, predator, and whitetail hunters. Dense creek-side vegetation offers good cover.
NO TURKEY HUNTING AT THIS TIME.
Beyond hunting, the creek has bass and sunfish for any guest who would like to fish. The creek's shallow stretches are perfect for kayaking or a peaceful day of walking along the banks. Visitors are welcome to camp under the pecan trees, enjoying quiet nights under the stars.
Fishing in the pond for bass and sunfish, as well as hunting for predators, crows, and squirrels are also included with all hunts.
