Our property is located within the city limits of White Cloud, Kansas, in the far Northeast corner of Kansas. Our property is small, but mighty with excellent habitat comprised of rolling hills with heavily timbered edges perfect for whitetail and spring turkeys. The property consists of 15 acres, and all the ground is huntable. Our westernmost parcel is the only parcel open for rifle. The 5 acres closer to town are open for bowhunting only. With our close proximity to the town of White Cloud, we ask that all guests exercise property gun and hunting safety at all times.

We do have a designated area available for processing on the property. Sportsmen can take advantage of this after successfully a deer.

The Missouri River is within walking distance of the property. Our property does not currently have lodging; however, hotels can easily be found in Hiawatha (19 miles) or Falls City, NE (21 miles). Lodging is also available at the casino outside of town, about 5 miles away.
