This property, established as a first-generation ranch in 2016, is located on lightly rolling farmland in Far West Illinois. It spans 80 acres, with 15-20 acres of good timber, crop rotation, and a creek bottom.

The land is also home to various wildlife, including deer, turkey, dove, and coyotes. 

There are currently no camping or lodging options on the ranch. The town of Quincy, which offers lodging, food, and gas, is conveniently located just 18.7 miles south of the property.
