We’re opening up 82 quiet acres of private land, primarily timber, recently logged, creating excellent open areas and habitat ideal for roosting and feeding, a winding creek, and a nice pond in Adair County, Missouri for hunting during Spring Turkey hunting, 2026.

The land has rarely been hunted. Turkey population is excellent. Multiple flocks have been observed recently, including groups of 40–50 birds. A 26.2 pound turkey was taken last year opening day by the Mrs.

There are some big boys here!

Number of hunters limited to 2 per booking, regardless of the age. (An exception might be made for a parent with two children. Age 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

• Opening week turkey hunts will be $1,875/group.
• Weeks 2 and 3 will be $1,250/group.

For an adult with a child, choose 2 adults and a free child to get the correct price, even though there would only be two total.  

Camping with water hookup available on site. Fire pit and BBQ grill also available for your use. Feel free to bring your spouse and family to enjoy the campsite area while you hunt.
