With Grand Forks less than an hour away and Fargo just two hours to the south, this destination offers both seclusion and accessibility.

What makes this property truly memorable is the lodging. A retired grain elevator has been thoughtfully converted into a guest house right on our family farm. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space with a second-level sleeping area, kitchen, and full bathroom. Outside, guests are invited to enjoy the yard, gather around the firepit, and meet the farm’s animals, including friendly cats and a dog. Quiet gravel roads offer space to walk or explore on utility vehicles brought by guests. Play equipment is available for families, and pets are welcome with prior approval. A game processing area can also be arranged upon request.

The land itself is a mix of open ag fields and cattail sloughs, offering natural sources of food, water, and cover. Hunters can access various parts of the property by vehicle or on foot, and there are plenty of options for setting up blinds.
