What makes this property truly memorable is the lodging. A retired grain elevator has been thoughtfully converted into a guest house right on our family farm. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space with a second-level sleeping area, kitchen, and full bathroom. Outside, guests are invited to enjoy the yard, gather around the firepit, and meet the farm’s animals, including friendly cats and a dog. Quiet gravel roads offer space to walk or explore on utility vehicles brought by guests. Play equipment is available for families, and pets are welcome with prior approval. A game processing area can also be arranged upon request.

Norval Elevator is a unique guest experience of on old grain elevator converted into a cabin in our yard, with wonderful fire pit area. Great destination for your hunt or just to relax and enjoy the farm life.
