Kyle M - Full Season Archery Leaseat Odonata
This package is for Kyle M and guarantees exclusive access for the entire length of New York's Southern Zone Archery Season, October 1st through November 15th.
The lease price is $2,500 for the full archery season. LandTrust will provide a promo code to waive the sportsman booking fee.
Half of the lease price, $1,250, will be due by Thursday, May 15th. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining half of the lease will be due no later than two weeks prior to opener, September 17th, 2025. If first or second deposit are not paid by the above specified dates, the agreement is null and the booking will not be honored.
Kyle can bring up to 3 guests at a time on a given day. He must communicate with Roy his party size each time he visits the property.
Roy will ensure property signs are posted by September 1st, 2025.
