Cabin Features:
• Off-grid setup with running well water (hot and cold), a shower, and a flush toilet
• Electricity powered by a gas generator (runs ~10 hours on 7 gallons of gas; 91 octane recommended, 87 causes minor flickering)
• Wood-burning stove for heating and stovetop cooking
• Coleman grill hookup (note: grill body is not functioning, but BBQ tank adapter is available)
• Hot water system powered by propane, activated via simple onboard controls
• 3 empty BBQ tanks provided—you may refill them or bring your own
• Firewood is fully stocked and guaranteed
• Basic cooking utensils and a heavy-duty extension cord provided
Fuel Notes:
• While gasoline and propane are not officially provided, there is often some fuel on-site, and you are welcome to use whatever is available.

House Description
This 700 sq ft open-space cabin provides a rustic experience with running well water (hot and cold), a shower, toilet, and lights and fans powered by a Generac generator. The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove, which also doubles as a cooking surface for your meals, and there’s also a Coleman grill (runs off a BBQ tank) available for cooking. Firewood and basic utensils are provided for your convenience. Propane is not provided for you. Both the Generac generator and stovetop grill will easily connect to a standard BBQ tank. 3 empty tanks are provided.
