Pioneerville's South tract consists of just over 4,400 acres with access to pieces of BLM, Idaho State Lands, and the Boise National Forest. The property features varying terrain with multiple draws and drainages, especially along the Thompson Creek, Lewis Creek, Henry Creek, and Deer Creek.
