The acreage features nearly a mile and a half of direct access to the Root River. A 2-acre oxbow pond near the river adds a secondary water feature and a focal point for wildlife in the lower reach of the property. This undeveloped property is a natural habitat for deer, turkey, bobcats, and an active eagle’s nest, to name a few. It's a great combination of water, ag, and timber cover!
