Welcome to R2R Driftless Adventures!

Part of the historic "Yellow Banks" area in both Money Creek and Yucatan Township, this 195-acre parcel offers a couple small organic grain river bottom crop fields and a 700-ft bluff that overlooks the valley. The acreage features nearly a mile and a half of direct access to the Root River. A 2-acre oxbow pond near the river adds a secondary water feature and a focal point for wildlife in the lower reach of the property. This undeveloped property is a natural habitat for deer, turkey, bobcats, and an active eagle’s nest, to name a few. It's a great combination of water, ag, and timber cover! This parcel is in Houston County, less than 10 minutes from Rushford. 

Tent camping or rooftop tents/overland setups are permitted for hunters or other guests ready to enjoy other adventures (Root River bike trail, hiking, golfing, etc.) and are looking to stay overnight.
