Welcome to River Breaks LLC. This property is one of our six properties in Nebraska's Boyd County. Our properties are situated to the north of the Niobrara River in Northeastern Nebraska.
The Homestead consists of 140 acres and is a premier waterfowl hunting location. Our acreage is made up of about half row crop and half grassland, which cattle will occasionally frequent.
In our field, we have an in-ground goose pit that has yielded great numbers in the past.
The property also features a 1-acre pond in its Southeast corner, which is another great place to find birds.
Lodging in our 4-bedroom house is available on the property.

The Homestead property has some of the best waterfowl hunting I have experienced. The in-ground pit in the middle of the field allows you to bunker down as you wait for the geese. A small body of water and marijuana patch allow for great dove and duck hunting as well.
