Welcome to Rocky Meadows Farm. We are looking for a group of respectful sportsmen to lease our 160 acres here in Texas County, Missouri. Our farm is comprised of mixed woods, creeks, ponds, bluffs, brush, and hayfields (clover/fescue mix), all in a very secluded location ~2 hours east of Springfield and ~3 hours south/southwest of St. Louis.

Hunters can enjoy our dense populations of whitetail deer and Eastern turkeys. Whitetail and turkey access for the full year is a flat $10,000 ($5,000 per 80 acres) for the season for as many as six guests in a group.  

The property has direct access from the county road, 80 acres to the north and 80 acres to the south. The farm's 80 acres, located north of the county road, are a BOWHUNTER'S PARADISE. This portion of the property has the Saddle Branch stream which features riparian habitat, dense tree cover, and pockets of open fields.

1-week prior to season opener, lessee is welcome to come out and scout/prep the property. I am willing to consider putting in food plots upon request from lessee.Water and power for RV access can be available with long-term lease.
