Welcome to Rolling Hills Whitetails!
This amazing whitetail destination is less than an hour-drive from Kansas City and most major interstates in the state of Kansas. The property is the perfect choice for a whitetail hunting vacation or an easily accessible local turkey spot.
Our property consists of 310 acres of rolling hills and cropland. We have some great sections of timber (approx 25 acres) with a creek bottom as well, which make for great sources of cover and water for wildlife.
The surrounding farmground is in ag production by a tenant. Please be aware that the normal farming practices (planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting, and soil conservation work) will be taking place throughout the year. We find that wildlife is generally undisturbed by the farm equipment but should your booking land when known work is being done we will gladly reschedule or discount the booking!
Have had a hunter recommend decreasing the coyote population to help with turkeys so if on a deer or turkey hunt here then coyotes are fair game!
Property Note 9/26/23:
We are doing a bunch of work on the property, taking out the grassy waterways, putting in terraces, and removing the tree rows along fence lines. Planning to do this work from now through November, so our 2023 hunting season will be unavailable. Check back with us next Spring!
We'd recommend booking a couple days to fully experience our piece of Northeastern Kansas.

Available Packages
Rolling Hills Whitetails is really an ideal type of geography for harvesting a trophy whitetail. Lots of elevation variation and really nice, tree-engulfed creek bottom with multiple fingers of timber branching out from the main draw. The property can be accessed from three sides: North, South, and East. East is the best access point as it is gravel.
