Our Southeast parcel consists of 298 acres of rolling hills, ag fields, and timbered creekbottom. Turkey, whitetails, doves, and quail can all be found on the property. A stretch of Lindsey Creek flows through as well, which is surrounded by timber on both sides.
We have a game cam set up on the property, which is already yielding some great images.
Our family farm is comprised of four different LandTrust listings, all with great hunting opportunities. We are located just northeast of Minneapolis, Kansas in Ottawa County.

Rosalee was a great host. She answered phone calls and answered questions in a polite manner. We found the property very conducive to hunting. It had a good mix of crop, old field, cottonwood timber with some resist burn areas to improve habitat.

There was good cover on the property. There was no harvested crop on the property. There was no sign of quail. We did see a lot of deer sign and 1 deer. We hunted for 3 hours with 4 dogs. We saw nothing. Rosalee was accessible by text.
