This property has been a continued work in progress since 2017. Just shy of 60 total acres, just over 1 mile of ridge top access wood line & 250+ feet of elevation changes and being connected to the big woods of Buffalo County's driftless area. There has been an extensive amount of strategic TSI done to this property that has created the perfect nasty thick habitat and new regeneration browse whitetails and really promote and stimulate daytime movement. Now offering 3 – 20’ ladder stands, 3 – 3’ elevated platform ground blinds, 1 – 5’ elevated tower blind and 2 – 10’ elevated tower blinds, 3+ acres of food plots, and years of daytime buck movement tracking to offer the best opportunity at harvesting your trophy whitetail if you can outwit these majestic creatures.

Historically, our hunters have had a 90% chance of having a shot opportunity on a buck, in large part due to our strict management practices and ideal stand/blind locations!

Our goal is minimized pressure to keep deer from going nocturnal and allow for maximum possibilities of daylight movement. If you wish to have more time additional days can be added for additional cost per day, please inquire if interested.
