Guests are invited to the Sauby Ranch for birding. Our ranch is in the Prairie Pothole Region of North Dakota. We have ample numbers of geese and ducks on seemingly every pond on the property, with all kinds of other waterfowl and prairie/grasslands species. We are within 25 miles of the Chase Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
This package includes lodging in our cabin right on the property. The cabin has heat, electricity, and a mini fridge. Pets are permitted inside. No running water, trash area, or bathroom, so please abide by "leave no trace" principles.
Lodging in the cabin is $50 per night. Please inquire if adding more nights to your stay than what is bookable through our package, and we will send you a special offer.

Sauby Ranch has rolling grasslands with pothole sloughs all throughout the property. I saw a plethora of geese, mallards, gadwall, widgeon, redhead, pintail, and other diver ducks.
