Located in Minnesota's Unit 507 for turkey, the property features extensive timber paired with brushy and boggy areas that provide consistent cover and travel routes for turkeys throughout the spring season. 

Over a dozen ponds, ranging from small water holes to large lake-sized bodies, influence daily movement as birds travel between cover, food, and water sources. Natural forage across the property supports regular turkey activity, with birds commonly using timber edges and openings during morning and mid-day movement. 

The property is bordered by Paul Bunyan State Forest lands and TFL county land, providing thousands of additional acres of huntable ground.
