We are only doing three archery hunt groups this season so that we keep the pressure down on our property and the adjoining national Forest and BLM land. This hunt package includes up to four hunters, but you can bring wives and girlfriends to have supper ready for you when you get back to the lodge. They may enjoy shopping and sight seeing in Lewistown and Billings. Most hunt groups have two guys sitting in the shooting house over the pond each day while two other hunters do a typical bull rut hunt with cow calling and stalking in the national forest. We suggest the run and gun hunters hunt due west of the house and keep clear of the pond area so that the wildlife in that area is not disturbed for the still hunting. Most hunters trade out every other day sitting in the shooting house or hunting in the woods. If anyone in your group draws the archery me deer buck tag (535-50) you are welcome to harvest those on this hunt also. There are Whitetail deer in our area, but once the bulls start rutting, the whitetail seem to evacuate the area mostly. If all the members in your group don't draw bull tags, you can purchase cow tags over-the-counter to make sure you don't miss the hunt week.

House Description
This four-bedroom 2 1/2-bath home is well equipped with all the amenities of your own personal house. We leave all the necessities of home here since we stay at this home frequently also. Guests are welcome to use our spices and condiments as long as they check expiration dates and understand that there could be out-of-date food products in the house. We do our best to keep everything up-to-date. There are two living rooms with two separate large TVs. The upstairs living room has dish Network and the downstairs television has Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also have a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Natural Forage and Food Plots
We have roughly 28 acres of pasture around the pond area that is fertilized each year. We also have about 15 acres of open grassland parks throughout the property mixed in the timber.
Livestock Tanks and Ponds
We have a custom built pond in the middle of the property that has an enclosed shooting house that you can sleep in if you prefer to be in the stand at daylight without disturbing the wildlife. We also have heated livestock tanks near the farm yard that the Elkton deer are not shy about using.
Hills, Woods, Draws, Mountains, Brush, Shelter Belt, and Grasslands
We have several valleys that run through our property with high rocky ridges. There are several natural grassland parks that are scattered throughout the timberland.
