Hunt True Osceolas here at South Central FL Hunting. Located North of State Road 70, this former orange grove and now working cattle operation is situated just outside of Lake Placid, a small town of just over 2,000 people, in Highlands County.

What remains of the orange trees, along with nature forage and brush, is the main source of food and cover for wildlife. The property is home to Osceola Turkeys, wild hogs, and doves. The ground is made up of gently rolling, natural landscapes and is home to some breathtaking sunsets. 

While we don't have lodging available, my dad has an airbnb that can be booked for anybody that wants some nice accommodations: Lake Placid Villa. Lake Placid also has a Holiday Inn that is clean and affordable.

Our hunting experiences are set up as follows:

Osceola Turkey Hunt:

• $3,000 per person
• 2-day semi-guided experience
• Blinds provided
• Optional professional calling

Hog Hunting:

• $360 per person
• 4-hour guided hunt
• Local meat processing connections

Dove Hunting:

• $300 per person
