Landowner Rules: If a gate is open then leave it open. If a gate is shut be sure to close it behind you. Be sure to reference the property map to make sure you aren't entering a neighbors property. Guard dogs are on site. They are NOT pets so just leave them alone and they will leave you alone. No petting.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
