The habitat is a mixture of brushy pasture land, hay fields, hardwoods, and hemlocks.
We don't see bear very often; however, they have been known to hang around from time to time.
Because of this, access is only $75 for anyone who would like to try hunting the property for bear.
Hunters can choose to stay on the property overnight. Camping and RV access is limited to smaller setups. No hookups.
Normal farming practices occur throughout the season, and may overlap with hunting, but shouldn't have much impact on wildlife.
