This 210-acre property in Okaloosa County has been family-owned and carefully managed for over a decade, opening its gates to a select number of hunters each season who value quiet, ethical pursuit over crowds and pressure.

The farm’s layout blends open spaces with natural timber stands, creek bottoms, and nine ponds scattered throughout the landscape, providing year-round water, bedding cover, and reliable travel corridors for wildlife. Strategically placed feeders and natural forage further support consistent deer movement across the property. Elevated points near draws and pond edges offer excellent vantage spots for rifle or archery setups.

Catch-and-release fishing in designated ponds is complimentary with all hunts. Boondocking for RVs (no hookups) is included at no extra cost.
