Our property is located in southern Iowa and has rolling fields of corn and beans, food plots, patches of trees, and multiple ponds. It provides excellent habitat for whitetail deer, turkeys, and upland birds.
Camping and RV Stays on the property are permitted for multi-day trips.
The property is located a few miles north of Mount Ayr, which has plenty of hotels and Airbnb's for lodging.

Available Packages
The 159 offers multiple bodies of water as well as row crop making it an ideal habitat. Signs of deer are everywhere and I found multiple antler sheds while walking the property proving the bucks move through there.

Easy to work with and a nice property only thing for us was it was still early and the corn was still standing and birds were able to stay in the corn and hide.
