137 Forested Acres with over a Mile of Creekbottom Access!

The habitat is mostly thick woodland, with about 18 acres of scattered clearings and over a mile of live water access to the Bear Creek. The clearings provide good shooting lanes for sportsmen who bring some decoys and a ground blind during their hunt. 

The property is leased out for hunting until July '26, so Fall '25 and Spring '26 will be unavailable for deer and turkey hunting. Please check back with us next summer to get trips booked with us Fall '26 and Spring '27.

Until then, our property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore, with hiking routes that wind through the timber and lead to hidden cave features. The creek is also a great place for fishermen looking for remote access.
