Our large ranch is located on the Nebraska/Wyoming Border. Sportsmen can expect wide-open plains and choppy sandstone rock outcroppings, which fill the landscape and surround our irrigated alfalfa hay fields.

Hunters in years past have enjoyed very high success rates due to our abundant antelope population.

Our 2021 hunts were fully booked. Thank you to Landtrust.com for helping us achieve this goal! We're hoping to do the same thing for this year so please check our posting for our 2022 Bookings.

Camping is allowed on the property or hotel lodging is available in Harrison (14 miles).

The antelope population is very strong. Multiple groups of 10-20 in the fields and pastures every time I've been there!

Landowner Rules: This is a working cattle ranch. Owner will be conducting normal ranch activities as such both parties will be respectful of each other. Close any gates that you might open. Care should be taken to ensure no broadheads are lost/left on hay field, as these can not end up in our cattle's feed. Absolutely NO fires.

The Grays have an awesome property with lots of antelope (and coyotes!) running around. Hunted for two full days and passed up some small bucks waiting on the Big One - who I saw running around the property but never got a chance. The Grays are incredibly gracious hosts, and I will be going back again. Recommend spending at least 3 full days, and 4 if you can swing it to get the antelope you want.
