With just over 175 acres, The Holler is a family cattle operation in Stewart County, Tennessee. With ground that used to be a tobacco farm, the acreage is now a mixture of grassland, pasture, ridgelines, and timber. Property is fenced.

This area naturally holds deer, turkeys, coons, and other small game. The Holler is away from any major highway. A natural spring and large spanning ridges surround the property. The area is peaceful at night and often dead quiet. 

Located about 75 miles from Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport. Hotel lodging is limited. Tent camping is permitted but no amenities provided. 

Food options nearby include barbeque, small diners, pizza, subway, and etc. Hunting supply stores are 20-30 minutes in Clarksville. 

Two of Tennessee's major rivers and excellent bass fishing nearby, just 15 minutes up the road. Forty-five minutes away is a national park, Land Between the Lakes, with excellent fishing and recreation.
