Our farm is located right on Beaver Creek and just north of Genoa in Nance County. We have about 80 acres of row crop and wetlands. Railroad tracks make up the farm's southern/southeastern border. Trees line the railroad tracks as well with timber areas around the creek.
We are excited about the farm's hunting potential with our population of whitetails and turkeys paired with the habitat we have.
We are located about 45 Minutes north of York and access to I-80.
We do not have lodging accommodations available on the property; however, we are within a 30-minute drive of most local lodging options.
