This 40-acre property is situated on the edge of the +101,000-acre Colockum Wildlife Area and provides an epic hunting opportunity for many different species.  

The Colockum Wildlife Area provides year-round habitat for a variety of game including bighorn sheep, mule deer, coyote, cougar, bear, and Rocky Mountain Elk, as well as a variety of birds including wild turkey, quail, chukar, grouse and more.  

Big Game Hunting:

We border the Colockum Wildlife Area and surrounding public lands, but because of all the hunting camps and pressure on the wildlife, the game is driven down to the lower properties and tend to use our orchard for cover every night. Most of our hunting parties will hunt our place first thing in the morning and if they don't get what they are looking for they will move to the lower public lands.
