Our Vermont Road listing consists of 60 acres of croplands and timber. The Mosquito Creek runs through the southwestern part of the property. This property is only about 20 minutes from the town of Ottawa and access to Interstate 35, and about 45 minutes from the Kansas City metropolitan area.

Lodging in our 5-bedroom house will be on a first-booked, first-served basis, since it’s available as an option on all of our listings. The entire house can sleep a group of 10. If you book the house, your group will be the only group during your dates. no meals are included but the home has fully equipped kitchen. You will be able to utilize a full processing area and freezer. Prior to booking, feel free to check with us to see if the house is available. 

RV (electric and water hookups available) and dry truck-camping access will be available as well if the house has been booked, but you’re still looking to stay on-site.
