For only $5,555 for up to 5 hunters, this lease gives you all-inclusive rights to big game in the Fall, turkey in the Fall and Spring, waterfowl in the Fall, AND fishing in the Niobrara at any time.
In addition to our privately-owned acreage with over half a mile of Niobrara riverbottom, hunters can take advantage our neighboring access to the Samuel R. McKelvie National Forest lands with additional river front.
Despite the smaller size of the property, we still have all the terrain to make for a good hunt. Flat country in the high ground with timbered canyons and draws as you get down into the riverbottom.
Our 80 acres are located in the following units:
- Sandhills Unit - Mule Deer and Whitetail
- Northcentral Unit - Dark Goose
- Zone 2 - Duck
- High Plains Zone - Teal
- Unit 6 - Elk
4WD or high-clearance vehicles are required to ensure access to the property.
