This package allows for 3-9 days of access during Nebraska's November Firearm deer season. Property has not been hunted in several years!
Our 80 acres are located in the Sandhills Unit for deer.
In addition to our privately-owned acreage with over half a mile of Niobrara riverbottom, hunters can take advantage our neighboring access to the Samuel R. McKelvie National Forest lands with additional river front.
Despite the smaller size of the property, we still have all the terrain to make for a good hunt. Flat country in the high ground with timbered canyons and draws as you get down into the riverbottom.
4WD or high-clearance vehicles are required to ensure access to the property.
All hunts include free fishing in the Niobrara.
