Zaske Farms is a family farming operation in southwestern Minnesota.
We are excited to be offering access to about 120 acres of our land. We grow mostly corn, beans, alfalfa, and wheat, with about 85 acres of CRP ground. The Sacred Heart Creek also runs through a portion of our property. The creekbottom is made up of dense timber and is looking to be a great spot to hunt turkeys and whitetails. In addition to this timber, we have a couple elevated blinds and stands available for use.
We are located about 2 hours from Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
An important note for Pheasant Hunters this Fall:
A few years ago, Renville County FSA authorized emergency haying and grazing on CRP acres. As a cattle producer, I cut it for hay, so the native grasses are regrowing. The birds will still be here, but the habitat may look different.
We are open to folks camping on the property.
