Our acreage is home to premier hunting and recreation here in the northeastern part of the state. Located in the heart of Jackson County’s Bass Community, this 180+/- acre property is a perfect spot for hunters. With 3/4 mile of Crow Creek frontage, bottomland, hardwoods, and agriculture, the farm features excellent habitat for hunters!
The farm is located about 45 minutes south of Chattanooga, TN.
Hunters will most likely encounter Easterns on our property.

Hunters will most likely encounter Easters on our property.
RV and tent camping on our land is available to add to your booking. If you are interested in staying elsewhere, Hamilton is 19.6 miles North and provides hotel, food, and gas options.&nbsp;

We have cams set up on the farm, and we have year-round turkey activity!
Bring out the decoys and mobile popup blinds if you want and enjoy calling the big Toms in!&nbsp;
Lodging is included with your hunt for $300/night! Lodge has 5 bedrooms/1 bathroom with kitchen and great room big enough to hold all of your hunting buddies! We do have an additional 2-bed, 2-bath house on property that can also be booked in addition to the lodge for an additional $300 per night. Please inquire.
